Icelandic Sales

Dewsnaps Icelandic Sheep My flock of pedigree Icelandic sheep live on the slopes of South Head of Kinder Plateau in the High Peak area of the Peak District National Park. They are placid, friendly creatures who love a tummy rub. Icelandic sheep are a hardy breed, they lamb easily, have naturally short tails and bucket train enthusiastically! A versatile utility breed - highly recommended.

Items for Sale Fleece, yarn (natural colours only). Some ram and ewe lambs available.

Cae'rddraig Icelandic Sheep I have been breeding pedigree registered Icelandic sheep since 1986, high in the hilly Uplands of North Wales - the mystical land of castles and dragons. My sheep live outdoors all year round, and lamb outdoors too. I try and maintain all the earth colours within my flock so that I have plenty of colour choices in the fleeces. Read more about my sheep and see photographs of them at www.icelandicsheepinwales.co.uk I also keep grey angora goats for their fleeces.

I am Secretary, Flock Book Compiler, and Newsletter Editor of the British Icelandic Sheep Breeders Group.

Items for Sale I have a few ram lambs available for sale (only born June/July). I also have washed & carded fleece, & crocheted shawls for sale - see my website for full details and photographs.
