Membership of British Icelandic Sheep Breeders Group
It currently costs just £10 a year to belong to our Group (go to ‘contact us’ page and email us if you are interested in joining).
Membership is open to anyone interested in Icelandic sheep, although it is primarily for anyone in Britain breeding the sheep.
Overseas members are welcome, but we regret that an extra £10 a year will be required to cover the increased postage costs.
Membership of the British Icelandic Sheep Breeders Group (BISBG) entitles you to register Icelandic lambs born to your flock in Britain provided that the sire and dam were also registered with us. Their birth will then be entered in our Flock 
Book, confirming the pedigree.
You will receive:
- An annual Flock Book detailing Icelandic lambs born in Britain and registered with the Group for that year
- 2 Newsletters per year of our Newsletter “IceNewes & Ramblings”
- Technical advice about Icelandic sheep, and help with any queries about them
- An invitation to join the members eGroup FREE, and participate in email conversations with other members about Icelandic sheep, their wool, etc
- Details of any pedigree Icelandic sheep for sale or wanted. Help, when possible, with finding new stock or selling your own
- Promotion of your pedigree registered Icelandic sheep by the Group
- FREE advertising space on the Group's website
- Link from the Group's website to your own website
